GPS Elite AAA Clinic North Shore Ice Arena, Northbrook, IL August 3-5, 2020 Monday-Wednesday 9 hours on ice 4.5 hours off ice For elite level players only (Tier 1 AAA, Tier 2 AA ex. CSDHL, High School Varsity, etc.) Birth Years: ’03-’07* (for birth years outside of this range, please email gps@grunnahpowerskating.com) Offering the highest levels of youth hockey players the ideal environment to learn and develop, this three day pre-season power skating and skills camp focuses on building the player from the skates up and preparing them for the upcoming hockey season. We also add our completely unique off-ice training regimen, as well as advanced stick handling techniques and proper shooting mechanics to provide each player the necessary tools to succeed. This camp takes our premier skills training to the next level, including competitive game situations and overspeed drills to push the pace of even the most elite player. This clinic is the perfect way to kick start the season for any Chicago AAA Hockey or High School Varsity level player. Food will not be provided. A GPS jersey is included in the price of the clinic. Schedule Registration 8:30-8:55am Dynamic warm-up 9:00-9:35am On ice 9:50-10:50am Speed and Agility training at TC Boost 11:15-12:15pm Lunch 12:15-1:00pm On ice 1:10-3:10pm *Please note that TC Boost is located 3 miles from North Shore Ice Arena. Please plan to arrange for travel for your player between TC Boost and the rink. If for some reason your player is not able to get to and from TC Boost, please email me at gps@grunnahpowerskating.com; we may be able to help facilitate travel under certain circumstances.
